1. Scope of Services
Isabel Elkner (SAMYADA) offers individual and group sessions, workshops, programmes, retreats and online events in the areas of voice training, movement, music therapy, sound work and pranic healing. Sessions may be conducted online (via Zoom, Google Meet / Google Calendar or WhatsApp) or in person.

2. Booking and Payment
Bookings are made via Google Calendar, email, our website, or by phone or through WhatsApp. All bookings are binding.
Payment is due upon booking, via PayPal / bank transfer (invoice).
Prices are listed per session, workshop, programme or retreat.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule your session at any time; I will do my best to accommodate you.

• If no alternative appointment can be arranged and you need to cancel your confirmed booking, the full fee of the booking remains due.

• Sessions cannot be refunded if missed without prior notice.

4. Participation and Liability
Participation in sessions is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
Sessions with Isabel Elkner (SAMYADA) are intended to support well-being, personal growth, and self-exploration.
They do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and do not promise cures.

5. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy for booking and communication purposes.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
